Role synopsis
The Planning, Performance & Learning Team lead on key areas of the OMS Performance Improvement Cycle on behalf of the Region and S&OR Function. Reporting to the Regional Director; Planning, Performance & Learning the role develops manages and maintains the Regional MoC procedure and system covering \'Plant, Process & People\' temporary and permanent changes and provides Management Information on the performance of the MoC system.

Job description
Key accountabilities Own, develop and maintain the regional MoC procedure and system
Coordinate and integrate functional MoC activity across the region in order to drive standardization and conformance with the regional procedure.
Provide management information on the performance of the MoC system
Develop and maintain MoC integrity through auditing of the process against the procedure
Train and coach personnel to understand and apply processes and tools to meet business requirements
Coaching and development of Angolan national personnel in pursuit of the Nationalisation Agenda.
Essential Education . Technical degree or equivalent qualification.
Essential experience and job requirements . Experience of working in Major Accident Hazard Industries
. Engineering, Process Safety, Personal Safety or Risk Management background
. Excellent interpersonal skills / ability to work with a wide range of people.
. Excellent verbal communication and written skills.
. Significant experience of working with and developing management of change procedures and systems
. Experience of working with plant modifications and/or TQ systems
Knowledge of developing or maintaining business management systems
Experience of working in emerging areas and cultures
Other essential skills and knowledge
Desirable criteria and qualifications . Accreditation with a relevant professional institution.
